We stock Snow Crab clusters sourced from Canada, because we believe the methods used to cook and preserve the crabs, provide for the best product available.

Little neck clams are a staple for seafood lovers on the East Coast. Many people prefer farm-raised little necks versus wild caught, due to quality standards.

We currently carry little necks from Cherrystone Aqua Farms in Cape Charles, Virginia. Cherrystone clams, a U.S.-regulated, farm-raised product, are very clean and virtually free of sand.

Little neck clams measure about 1-inch across the top of the shell. While the small stature of little necks means you have to eat more to account for a full meal, their perfect texture and sweet taste are undeniable.

This hearty Maryland style crab vegetable soup is made by The Classy Crab®. Fresh green beans, carrots, potatoes and corn are all hand chopped and not all of uniform shape! Fresh Louisiana claw and lump meat along with Johnny Lightning Seasoning™ give this soup a colorful appearance and a delightful flavor and texture.

This soup is available in two sizes quart and pint size. The quart size unit is estimated to serve 2 bowls or 4 cups. A pint yields 1 bowl or 2 cups by Lancaster County Pa. standards. It is my belief that in our area larger portions are expected where we are known for “Pennsylvania Dutch” AYCE buffets.
