UPDATE:  We will not stock Lancaster county corn this year due to drought conditions which have caused decreased availability and high prices!

2 ears – $2
4 ears – $3
8 ears – $6

This is a product you do not want to miss!  It is only available in season and is locally sourced from right here in Lancaster County, PA.  We typically have either fresh bicolor “bread & butter”or Silver Queen.  People travel from out of town to visit the large population of Amish communities but also for sweet corn which can be purchased right from the tractor or horse drawn wagons roadside. Strong competition makes for the best products.  Seasoned with our Johnny Lightning Seasoning™, the corn can be eaten just the way its served; although some still add melted butter. The sweet corn and seasoning combination is so good it’s even good cold or cut off the cob and made into a corn salad. Leftovers are never a problem!

Price:
Full Dozen – $39
Half Dozen – $19.50

Small/Medium females are sold as a mixed size of smalls and medium females. Female crab eaters will argue that the meat is sweeter than that of the male crab. The females also differ from the males due to their potential egg (roe) content depending on the life cycle of the crab. Female crabs with eggs are not always available, so we recommend that you please call with any questions regarding their egg content if this is a “must have”. Please call (717) 719-3021 to check for availability.

in stock

Price:
$5.50

1/2 lb.
Steamed Only
Garlic Butter Drizzle
Spice or No Spice

This small shrimp requires a little more work since only the head has been removed. Smaller in size, these shrimp require you to get your hands dirty and remove the shell. The shell on the shrimp can help encapsulate the flavor during the cooking process and the mess of peeling when steamed and seasoned is desired by many finger-licking crab pickers. There are 51-60 shrimp in a pound and they are considered small in size. There are 25-30 shrimp in a half pound.

12 ct – Little Neck Clams

in stock

Price:
12 ct – $6

Little neck clams are a staple for seafood lovers on the East Coast. Many people prefer farm-raised little necks versus wild caught, due to quality standards.

We currently carry little necks from Cherrystone Aqua Farms in Cape Charles, Virginia. Cherrystone clams, a U.S.-regulated, farm-raised product, are very clean and virtually free of sand.

Little neck clams measure about 1-inch across the top of the shell. While the small stature of little necks means you have to eat more to account for a full meal, their perfect texture and sweet taste are undeniable.

To put it another way: Many little neck customers would have no problem turning down an offer of top necks. However, few top neck customers would dismiss a chance to devour one of these pleasant little morsels.
