Our 4-5 oz crab cakes are made with Louisiana hand picked fresh Lump crabmeat. Because of the Johnny Lightning Seasoning™ and very little filler they can be described as Maryland Style cakes. The crab cakes can be fried in a pan or baked in the oven. They can be eaten in a sandwich or as a stand alone entrée. The crab cakes can be divided into smaller portions and used as a topper on a filet or shaped into bite size crab balls and served as an appetizer.
