The West Coast’s favorite crustacean, this delicacy can be found in many grocery stores across the US. They are similar to the Blue crab in many way but taste much different. The texture of the meat of the Dungeness is firm but breaks very easily much like the claw meat of a Blue Crab but has a similar taste to some varieties of snow crab.
